Booking Process

• You can get information about the package through the website and you can WhatsApp us to inquire about the package you like.
• Once you finalize the package, we will share you the final quote on WhatsApp. For booking you have to deposit 40% amount as advance.
• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email or whatsapp within 30 mins of successful booking.
• Booking confirmation message will include contact number of camp manager, navigation link and address of campsite, payment details, and other necessary incformation

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation before 15 days of arrival: 10% advance amount will be charged as canncellation fees. Rest will be refunded
• Cancellation between 0 to 14 days before of arrival: Advance amount in Non Refundable
• In case of no show, late check in or early check out, there will be no discount.

Terms & Conditions

We welcome our visitors and we want them to understand that River Rafting is an adventure activity and one should know the following things before planning booking their Rafting Activity from us

1. Our team request you to thoroughly check all Rafting Stretches & their prices. You can WhatsApp us and get complete information
2. Smoking and Alcohol is strictly prohibited during rafting. Person wo is Overweight or Pregnant or suffering from any other medical conditions will not be allowed for rafting. Instructors will check if you are fit for rafting or not.
3. Visitors are requested to report at Rafting office at Shivpuri, Rishikesh. Pick n Drop for Rafting is from Office only.
4. Visitors are required to sign a disclaimer / liability waiver form on arrival.
5. Rafting Entry Rs 20 Per Person to be Paid by Visitors (Slip issued by Govt)
6. No Refund in case of road blockage/jam, storm, sudden rise in Ganga River level, pandemic or any other natural disaster etc. occured.
7. Rishikesh has a very high season during the March, April, May and June every year. So there is always a huge rush in Rishikesh during the weekends due to which you may face a Traffic Jam in Rishikesh. So Visitors may be requested to do Rafting early in the morning at around 7 am or 8 am to avoid the huge Traffic Jam in Tapovan to Shivpuri Road.
8. Anybody found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, medically or physically unfit (any serious ailment, weak heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, expecting mothers etc) unfit for any reason/s in the wisdom of the river, guide/instructor will not be allowed the rafting trip. Request for a refund in such circumstance/s will not be entertained. Decision of the river guide / management in this regard would be final.
9. Bulky clothes like saree, long skirts, suits, etc. are not permitted for Rafting. Shorts, T-shirts, lowers, preferably of synthetic material, floaters / sandals (non-leather), sunglasses/eye glasses with strings are recommended.
10. Rafting is allowed only for people above the age of 14 years
11. Rafting is not allowed for the persons above 100 kg (Matching to Height / Fit Person / Not too Fat)
12. Rafting companies are not allowed to keep or offer videos/photos to shoot while rafting... However Guides/Instructors on boat may offer the same.
